OUR STORY

We’re two brothers and we are the Pizza Guys who own Ragazzi’s. We’re known for our pizzas, but we are also quite proud of the other items on our menu, and we take special pride in the many things we prepare from scratch here on the premises, including our breads, soups, and desserts. We learned about using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients long before they became restaurant buzzwords. For our grandmother, who lived in a small village in the old country, that was the only way to cook. So that’s why we source much of our produce from local growers. When we buy other ingredients, we buy the best we can find, such as Grande brand ricotta and fresh mozzarella — that name may not mean much to you, but we assure you it means a lot to professional pizza makers!
